Drumsticks in sweet and sour marinade
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken drumsticks, oil, tamarind paste, lime (pressed), garlic (pressed), fresh ginger root (finely chopped) and fresh parsley (finely chopped).

thinly cut chicken drumsticks with a sharp knife in a few places. In a bowl mix oil, tamarind paste, lime juice, garlic and ginger into pasta. fry chicken drumsticks with pasta and lay them side by side in shell. Cover dish and marinate chicken drumsticks in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Sprinkle chicken drumsticks and grill on hot barbecue for about 10 minutes. Occasionally cover with remaining marinade. Lay the chicken on a hot spot in the barbecue, cover it with aluminum foil or half round lid and let it cook for approx. 20 min. Occasionally return. Place chicken drumsticks on a scale and sprinkle with parsley. Tasty with rice and sweet chili sauce.
