A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, thin slices of raw (Parma) ham, white cheese cubes, spring onions, red wine vinegar, (olive) oil, liquid honey, focaccia (bread), cherry tomatoes and cress.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Grease the baking tray with parchment paper and ham slices in three in length. Lay ham slices separately on baking parchment and bake under hot grill in the middle of oven in approx. 3 to 5 minutes until they are dry and crispy. Place slices halfway and then let them cool on kitchen paper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven 4. Coarsely crumble in a bowl of cheese cubes. Clean the forest onions and cut into very thin rings. In bowl, stir vinegar, 4 tbsp oil, and honey to puree. Then add the spring onion and cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put 6 'sandwiches' out of focaccia with large dough stick. Then roll out buns with smaller plugs so that rings are formed, inner rolls are halved longitudinally, bottom part is not used. Bake bread rings and top part (cap) of inner roll in approx. 6 minutes in oven.
  3. To wash and large to halve. Meanwhile, fry pan with remaining oil and heat until about 2 minutes on high heat, until slightly softened. Then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put bread rings on plates, scoop them in and garnish with ham and bread cap. Sprinkle with dressing and cress finely cut above.
