A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, endive (only the leaves, in pieces), olive oil, mustard, honey, white wine vinegar, bacon, nectarines (halved and pit removed) and mini-mozzarella (150 g).

Directions

  1. Divide the endive leaves over 4 plates.
  2. Beat a dressing of the oil, mustard, honey and vinegar.
  3. Heat a grill pan and grill the bacon for 4 minutes.
  4. Drain on kitchen paper.
  5. Grill the nectarines on the endive.
  6. Divide mozzarella over it.
  7. Sprinkle with the dressing..
