Fried king prawns with potato chips
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sunflower oil (a 1 liter), saltwater shrimp ((bag 500 g, frozen), thawed), potatoes (eg pommes scoop, bag 1 kg), mayonnaise, garlic (pressed), tabasco (red pepper sauce (bottle 57 ml)), chilli (grinder 26 g) and lemon (in parts).

Heat the oil in the fryer to 180 ° C.

Peel the shrimps, remove the dark colored intestinal tract at the top with a sharp knife and pat dry the shrimps with kitchen paper.

Peel the potatoes and cut 12 large, as thin slices as possible.
