Fried king prawns with potato chips


A tasty Spanish recipe. Directions

  1. Heat the oil in the fryer to 180 ° C.
  2. Peel the shrimps, remove the dark colored intestinal tract at the top with a sharp knife and pat dry the shrimps with kitchen paper.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut 12 large, as thin slices as possible.
  4. This can be done, for example, with a sharp cheese slicer.

  6. Do this with all 12 king prawns.
