Frikadell skewer
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, frikadellen, sambal oelek, ginger powder (djahe), sweet soy sauce, garlic, oil and snow peas.

Cut the frikadels into five pieces.

Mix the sambal with the djahe, the soy sauce, the garlic and the oil, scoop the frikadelles and the pea pods through this marinade and let the flavors settle for at least 15 minutes.

Thread the pieces of frikadel and the pea pods on and around the sticks.

Grill the frikadelle skewers in 5 minutes brown and crispy..
