Gratinated rösti with salmon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spring onions, Scottish salmon fillet, pre-cooked fine potatoes (450 g), olive oil with basil, salt and freshly ground pepper, crème fraîche (a 125 ml) and pizza cheese (bag of 150 g).

Preheat the oven grill.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Cut salmon into pieces.

Potatoes (in food processor) coarsely grate.

Fry oil and fry potato in frying pan and bake for approx.

2 minutes.

Finish with heat, salmon, spring onions and salt and pepper to taste.

Grease low baking dish and mix in potato mixture.

Spread the crème fraîche over it and sprinkle pizza cheese over it.

Place approx.

15 cm under hot grill and cook until golden brown and done in approx.

5 minutes.

Serve with Greek salad..
