Gratinated tilapia fillet
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tilapia fillets (about 250 g), salt and (freshly ground) pepper, lemon juice, coconut cream, dairy spread (125 g) and Parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle the Tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.

Pour lemon juice over and leave to soak for approx.

15 minutes.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Mix in creamed cream with dairy spread.

Dip the Tilapia fillets with kitchen paper and place in a baking dish.

Spread cream mixture over fish.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and about 10 cm under hot grill in 8 to 10 minutes until tender and golden brown.

Tasty with carrot (salad) and cooked potatoes with parsley..
