Green tea granita with fennel


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: green tea, honey, ginger syrup (bottle 250 ml), fennel and oil.

Directions

  1. Put a 1/2 liter of green tea and mix with the honey and the ginger syrup.
  2. Pour into a plastic container and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
  3. Stir every quarter of an hour with a fork until a granita (ice cream mixture) is formed.
  4. Cut the fennel into cubes and keep a few of the sprigs green separately.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  6. Fry the fennel on a medium heat and season with salt.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. After 2 hours stir the fennel through the granita and let it stew for 30 minutes in the freezer.
  9. Serve in small containers or sundaes..
