A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cauliflower (in florets), olive oil, lemon (squeezed), paprika powder and roasted sesame seeds.

Directions

  1. Boil the cauliflower florets for 3 minutes in plenty of boiling water.
  2. Then thread them on the skewers.
  3. Spread with olive oil.
  4. Beat the lemon juice together with 6 tablespoons of olive oil and pepper and salt.
  5. Grill the cauliflower skewers lightly brown in 3-5 minutes.
  6. Put the skewers on a plate, pour the lemon dressing over them and sprinkle with paprika and sesame seeds..
