Boil the cauliflower florets for 3 minutes in plenty of boiling water.

Then thread them on the skewers.

Spread with olive oil.

Beat the lemon juice together with 6 tablespoons of olive oil and pepper and salt.

Grill the cauliflower skewers lightly brown in 3-5 minutes.

Put the skewers on a plate, pour the lemon dressing over them and sprinkle with paprika and sesame seeds..
