Grilled chicken fillet with tomato salsa and French fries


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, fresh parsley, tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, chicken breasts, farmer's fries and extra iceberg lettuce.

Directions

  1. Cut the parsley. Unfreeze the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Squeeze the garlic over the tomatoes.
  2. Mix the tomatoes with the parsley and 1/2 tbsp vinegar into a sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Halve the chicken fillets lengthways and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush them with 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Gril the chicken on the barbecue or under a moderately hot grill on both sides in 12 min. Brown and done.
  5. Fry the fries according to the instructions on the package.
  6. Mix the rest of the oil with the rest of the vinegar into a dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with the lettuce.
  7. Serve the chicken with the tomato salsa, fries and salad.
