Grilled cod with fragrant tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, roma tomatoes (750 g), garlic, olive oil, cinnamon stick, salt, lemon, paprika, ground cumin (djinten), pepper and cod fillet.

Grate tomatoes and remove seeds as desired.

Cut the flesh into pieces.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in pan.

Garlic gently bake until slices of light color.

Add tomatoes, cinnamon stick and pinch of salt.

Allow tomatoes to reduce to a fairly thick sauce in a low heat for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile halve the lemon.

Squeeze out one half, cut from other 4 slices.

Mix lemon juice with the rest of oil, paprika, cumin and pinch of pepper.

Cover cod around it.

When tomato sauce is almost ready, heat the grill pan over medium heat.

Cod in about 4 minutes light brown and just roast; to turn carefully halfway.

Remove cinnamon stick from sauce.

Dust lightly with salt and place on four plates.

Create sauce next to it and put lemon on fish.

Tasty with (nut) rice and a green salad..
