Grilled fillet steak with potatoes and fresh salad
Pork fillet steak from the grill pan with roasted potatoes and a fresh salad with honey-thyme dressing.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. Meanwhile, clean the potatoes and cut them unpeeled in half.

Add them to the pan as soon as the water is boiling and boil for almost 15 minutes. Drain and place on a griddle covered with parchment paper.

Crush with a fork, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with rosemary, pepper and salt.

Clean the onions and cut into parts. Place golden brown next to the potatoes on the baking tray and grill in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Wash the cucumber and cut in half lengthwise.

Remove the seed lists with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into bows. Mix the lettuce with the tomato, cucumber and dressing. Divide the pitten mix over it.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Dab the pork fillets with some paper towels dry.

Brush the meat with the oil and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Grill in 8-10 min. Until done. Turn halfway.

Divide the potatoes and onions over the plates. Put the filet steaks and serve with the salad.
