Grilled focaccia with goat cheese and chervil salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: shallots, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper, fresh chervil (15 g), leafy lettuce (100 g organic), focaccia (bake bread), soft goat cheese (Bettine Blanc) (Bettine Banc) and black olives without pit.

Chop and shred scallops.

Dressing beats of 6 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the shallots by dressing.

Remove thick stalks of chervil, chervil coarse chop.

Mix in lettuce chervil.

Cut the focaccia's in half.

Cover the bread halves with oil on both sides.

Heat up the grill pan.

Focaccia in portions on both sides crispy grilling.

Bring goat cheese over 3 grilled focaccia halves.

Dressing by mixing lettuce.
-
Stops some salad for garnishing, distribute leftover over goat's cheese.

Place layers of focaccia on top of each other and cover with the last half of the bread.

Gently press down and cut 'club sandwich' diagonally two times.

Divide sandwich triangles over four plates and create the rest of the salad next to it.

Garnish with black olives..
