Grilled lamb skewers


A nice middle-eastern recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lamb fillet (in 3 cm cubes), garlic (chopped), onion (very finely chopped), ground cumin (djinten), paprika (spicy), olive oil, fresh parsley (curl) g), coarsely cut), lemons (in parts) and pepper (freshly ground).

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lamb fillet cubes with the garlic, the onion, the cumin, the paprika, the oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and some freshly ground pepper.
  2. Marinate the meat covered for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat the barbecue or grill pan before.
  4. Thread the pieces of meat on the skewers and grill them around brown and cooked for about 10 minutes.
  5. Put the skewers on a dish and sprinkle the parsley over it.
  6. Serve with the lemon wedges and the side dishes..
