Grilled pineapple skewers
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: pineapple, peaches, ground coconut (bag of 100 g), dark caster sugar, pina colada (bottle a 700 ml) and ice cream.

Peel the pineapple and cut into 8 slices.

Cut off heart from each disk.

Cut slices into 4 pieces.

Wash peaches, halve them, remove pits and cut halves into 4 pieces.

Roast coconut in a dry frying pan in 3 minutes, allow to cool.

Preheat the grill.

Pineapple pineapple and peach pieces on satéprikkers.

Place skewers on oven racks and sprinkle with caster sugar.

Skewers in 5 min.

Grilling or roasting.

Spread skewers over four plates and sprinkle with pina colada if necessary.

Sprinkle with roasted coconut.

Serve with ice cream..
