Grilled pork skewers with marinated zucchini
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ham (rounded) cubes, garlic (pressed), fresh thyme leaves (15 g dish), olive oil, zucchini (diced), olives (with Danish cheese (150 g)), puff potatoes (a 2 pieces) and Greek yogurt (150 g).

Light the barbecue.

Spoon the meat in a bowl to taste with garlic, thyme, oil and pepper and salt pressed twice.

Thread the meat on the satéprikkers.

Spoon the courgette with the olive mix into a bowl.

Add pepper and salt to taste.

Puff the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Grill the skewers on the barbecue in approx.

10 min.

Around brown and done.

Stir the remaining garlic through the yogurt.

Divide the potatoes over 4 plates, cut them crosswise and gently push them open.

Spoon in 1 tablespoon of garlic yoghurt.

Serve with the skewers and zucchini with olives and cheese cubes..
