Grilled shrimp with tomato sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, onion (chopped), spring onions (cut into rings), red pepper (seeds removed and in small pieces), green pepper (thin strips), parsley (finely chopped), olive oil, garlic, tomato cubes ( 400 g), white wine, thyme, sugar, white cheese and cocktail shrimp (a 125 g).

Ingredients
- 1 great onion shredded
- 3 bunch onions cut into rings
- 1 Red pepper seeds removed and in small pieces
- 1 green pepper in thin strips
- 4 twigs parsley finely cut
- 2 el olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 look tomato cubes 400 g
- 1 dl White wine
- 1 mespoint thyme
- 1 pinch sugar
- 75 g white cheese
- 2 Trays cocktail shrimp a 125 g
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Heat 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil.

Onion for approx.

3 minutes.

Bake the spring onion, pepper strips and paprika for approx.

3 minutes.

Peel the garlic and press it over it.

Add tomato cubes, wine, thyme, half of parsley, sugar, salt and pepper.

Tomato sauce gently simmer for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut cheese into thin slices.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Grease the dishes with oil residues.

Spread a little tomato sauce over the bottom of the dishes.

Divide shrimps over it and add rest of sauce.

Cover with slices of cheese.

Place the saucers about 10 cm under the grill and let the top burn lightly golden brown in a few minutes.

Scatter leftover parsley.
