Mussels with curry wine sauce
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, dry white wine (with Riesling), butter, curry powder, mussels (cleaned) and fresh parsley (finely chopped).
Heat wine, butter and curry powder in a saucepan over low heat or on a barbecue until butter is melted.
Give the sauce in a heat-resistant container.
Spread mussels in a well-greased grill basket and grill for 3 minutes on a barbecue.
Basket shaking occasionally.
Carefully pour part of wine sauce into opened mussels.
Cover grill basket with generous aluminum foil and grill for 2 min.
Mussels in shell.
Give the rest of the sauce over it and sprinkle parsley over it.
Delicious with baguette (warmed up on barbecue)..
