Mussels with curry wine sauce


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, dry white wine (with Riesling), butter, curry powder, mussels (cleaned) and fresh parsley (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Heat wine, butter and curry powder in a saucepan over low heat or on a barbecue until butter is melted.
  2. Give the sauce in a heat-resistant container.
  3. Spread mussels in a well-greased grill basket and grill for 3 minutes on a barbecue.
  4. Basket shaking occasionally.
  5. Carefully pour part of wine sauce into opened mussels.
  6. Cover grill basket with generous aluminum foil and grill for 2 min.
  7. Grilling.
  8. Mussels in shell.
  9. Give the rest of the sauce over it and sprinkle parsley over it.
  10. Delicious with baguette (warmed up on barbecue)..
