Grilled spicy chicken fillet
Chicken fillet marinated with barbecue herbs and a salad of spinach, carrot and chickpeas
Mix the oil and bbq mix into marinade. Mix with the chicken and set aside until use.
Cut the spinach coarsely. Mix the vinegar, cumin and mayonnaise into a dressing. Season with (freshly ground) pepper and possibly salt.
Chop the nut mix coarsely. Spoon the spinach, chickpeas, carrot and dressing and sprinkle with the nut mix.
Heat the grill pan and grill the chicken in 5 minutes until done. Turn halfway. Serve with the salad.
