Hot dogs with cheese, guacamole and tomato

Heat a grill pan without oil or butter and grill the free-range sausages on low heat for about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, halve the tastytom-tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Spoon with the lime juice.

Cut the rolls at the top over the length, but do not cut through. Remove the sausages from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Grill the rolls in the grill pan for 3 minutes on the cutting edge. Spread each roll with 1 tbsp guacamole.

Put the sausages on top and spread the tomato cubes over it. Grate the cheddar above and serve.
