Italian bread salad with tuna
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, parisienne white bread (pre-fried, per 2 pieces), fresh basil (a 15 g), red onion (in very thin rings), tomatoes (in parts), olive oil, red wine vinegar, aubergines ( in thin slices), tuna steaks (white (2 frozen) and thawed).

Directions

Bake the Parisiennes according to the instructions on the package and leave to cool.

Cut off the hard dots and cut the bread into 2 cm cubes.

Remove the stems from the basil and tear the leaves into pieces.

Cover the bread cubes with the onion, tomatoes, basil, 4 tbsp oil and red wine vinegar.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and fry half of the aubergine slices over medium heat for 6 minutes until tender and golden brown.

Turn them halfway.

Remove them from the pan and let them cool.

Bake the other half of the aubergine in the same way.

Mix the aubergine with the bread salad and season with salt and pepper.

Add extra olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste and divide the salad into 4 plates.

Heat a grill pan.

Spread the tuna steaks with 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill them for 5 minutes, turn halfway.

Halve the steaks and place the pieces on the salad..
