Mexican filet steaks with vegetable stew
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sweet pointed peppers (2 pieces), maize grains (198 g), olive oil, garlic, sliced leeks (300 g), rosti (frozen, 600 g), fillet steak (a la minute (approx. g)), taco herbs and taco sauce mild (a 200 ml).

Remove seeds from the pepper and cut them into strips.

Drain corn into sieve.

2 tbsp olive oil in wok-heating and garlic for 2 min.

Add pepper and leek and fry for 2 minutes.

Add corn and fry for 1 min.

Create vegetable mixture in scale.

2 tbsp of oil in wok heating and rosti according to instructions on packaging 10-15 min.

Create vegetables and warm everything up.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile sprinkle with filet patties with taco herbs.

Fillet steak on hot grill 2 min.

Grilling.

Distribute Groenterosti over 4 plates.

Place filet pieces next to it.
