Minced meat skewers with blueberry compote
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, (wine) cervelat sausage (meat products), parsley, minced beef, nutmeg, salt and pepper, shallots, oil, blueberry jam, ground pimento, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.

Satay sticks soak in cold water. Meanwhile, cut cervelat sausage into pieces. Chop minced parsley. Mix well-ground beef, cervelat sausage, parsley, pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper. Make 60 balls of minced meat, and put 5 meatballs on each satay stick. Chop and finely chop the shallots. Heat oil in pan. Scallops shoveling glass in about 5 minutes. Stir in jam and heat over low heat until jam is slightly liquid. Combine allspice and lemon juice. Season the flavor with salt and cayenne pepper. Let cool.

Skewers with meatballs on barbecue in about 7 minutes around brown and cooked to roast. Serve with blueberry compote.
