A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, luxury brunch rolls (9 pieces), minced beef, rusks (crumbled), egg, Cheddar cheese (in 8 slices) and tomatoes (in slices).

Directions

  1. Bake 8 rolls according to the instructions on the package and cut them in half.
  2. Meanwhile, mix in a bowl the mince with the biscuit, the egg and pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Knead well and divide the meat into 8 portions.
  4. Form a ball of each portion with moist hands and press it flat.
  5. Turn the table grill to the highest setting.
  6. Fry the burgers for 6 minutes on the grill.
  7. Turn halfway.
  8. Place the last min.
  9. Slices of Cheddar on them.
  10. Place the burgers on the bottom halves of the bun and put pickle and a slice of tomato on it.
  11. Cover with the tops of the buns..
