Mini cheeseburgers with pickle
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, luxury brunch rolls (9 pieces), minced beef, rusks (crumbled), egg, Cheddar cheese (in 8 slices) and tomatoes (in slices).

Bake 8 rolls according to the instructions on the package and cut them in half.

Meanwhile, mix in a bowl the mince with the biscuit, the egg and pepper and salt to taste.

Knead well and divide the meat into 8 portions.

Form a ball of each portion with moist hands and press it flat.

Turn the table grill to the highest setting.

Fry the burgers for 6 minutes on the grill.

Turn halfway.

Place the last min.
-
Slices of Cheddar on them.

Place the burgers on the bottom halves of the bun and put pickle and a slice of tomato on it.

Cover with the tops of the buns..
