A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, egg, cinnamon, ground cumin (djinten), onion (grated), breadcrumbs, lemon, flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped) and red onion (in wafer thin rings).

Put the minced meat in a bowl. Split the egg and add the yolk. The protein is not used. Add the cinnamon, cumin, grated onion, breadcrumbs and pepper and salt to taste. Roll meat balls of the size of a walnut. Press them as flat as possible, without falling apart.

Heat the grill pan and grill in portions the köfte 4 min. Turn halfway. Keep the grilled chicken warm under aluminum foil.

Halve the lemon and cut 1 half into parts. In the other half, squeeze some juice over the köfte. Sprinkle with the parsley. Serve with the lemon and onion rings. Tasty with bread.
