Mussel skewers with turkish peppers and cherry tomatoes
A nice Turkish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, cooked mussels, green peppers (mild (from a 480g pot), drained), cherry tomatoes, ciabatta (bread, in 6 pieces), olive oil and tapenade of sundried tomatoes (125g).

To each soaked satay stick alternately mussels, 2 peppers and 2 to stringing. Store in a refrigerator until used.

Heat pieces of ciabatta on the grill grid. Sprinkle skewers with oil and grind for about 3 minutes on a well-greased grill topper or grill dish. Turning and other sides also grilling 2 to 3 min. Bread cut open, cover with tapenade and put 2 warm skewers between each piece of bread. Tasty with Turkish yoghurt sauce or tzatziki.
