Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Dab the meat dry, brush it thinly with 1 teaspoon of oil and let it warm up to room temperature.
  3. Cut the mint leaves into strips.
  4. Put the strips of fresh mint with the goat's cheese, 2 tablespoons of warm water, 2 tablespoons of oil and a few drops of lime juice in the cup of the hand blender and puree it into a nice green mixture, if necessary season with (freshly ground) pepper.

  6. Preheat the grill pan.
