Naan bread with grilled lamb, avocado and mint
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, lamb steaks à la minute, fresh mint (15 g), soft goat cheese, lime juice, naan bread, avocado and olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Dab the meat dry, brush it thinly with 1 teaspoon of oil and let it warm up to room temperature.

Cut the mint leaves into strips.

Put the strips of fresh mint with the goat's cheese, 2 tablespoons of warm water, 2 tablespoons of oil and a few drops of lime juice in the cup of the hand blender and puree it into a nice green mixture, if necessary season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Meanwhile, fry the flat bread for 5 minutes in the preheated oven.

Preheat the grill pan.

Cut the avocado into thin slices and sprinkle with the rest of the lime juice.

Grill the lamb in 1-2 minutes per side brown, remove the meat from the pan and let it rest for 1-2 minutes.
