Pear with gorgonzola
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: walnut oil, lemon (pressed), orange marmalade, pears (firm), gorgonzola (in thin slices) and walnuts (half peeled).

In a bowl of oil, lemon juice and marmalade beat together. Halve pears in half and remove the cores. Cut the round side of pears into 5 to 6 places with a sharp knife. Season pears well with marinade and lay in bowl. Cover dish and marinate pears in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Pears on well greased grill topper or in grill basket with convex side to grilling under approx. 4 min. Turn pears and grind 2 to 3 min. Place two pear halves on four plates. Cut pears into three slices at an angle. Gorgonzola half over pears and lay walnuts next to it. Serve immediately. Tasty with baguette.
