Peas-mozzarella pancake
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: pancake mix natural (100 g), semi-skimmed milk, garden peas extra fine (pack 450 g, frozen), mint ((15 g), finely chopped), butter and mini-balls of mozzarella (bag of 150 g).

Prepare the pancake mix with the milk according to the instructions on the package.

Rinse the garden peas in a colander 15 sec.

under cold running water.

Add to the batter together with the fresh mint.

Grease a gourmet pan with butter.

Add some batter and top with a couple of halved bread rolls mozzarella.

Turn when the batter has solidified and the underside is golden brown.
