Pita bread with halloumi

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Put the hazelnuts in the baking dish. Put in the oven and put the pita bread in the oven. Bake approx. 10 min.

In the meantime, cut the unpeeled pears into quarters and remove the core. Cut the slices into slices.

Let the artichoke hearts drain and cut into parts.

Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Press the garlic above it. Cut the dill finely and add. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.

Take the hazelnuts and pita bread out of the oven. Chop the nuts coarsely and cut open the buns.

Cover the buns with some lamb's lettuce, pear, artichoke and hazelnut. Make a salad out of the rest.

Heat the grill pan. Cut the halloumi into 8 slices and grill them for 3 minutes. Turn halfway.

Top each of the sandwiches with a slice of Halloumi. Pour some dressing over and serve the salad and the rest of the dressing separately.
