Pork satay with quick raw vegetables


Satay of pork tenderloin, marinated in sweet soy sauce, chilli sauce and garlic with a raw salad of cucumber and Amsterdam onions with satay sauce.

Directions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into cubes and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Mix the pork tenderloin with the soy sauce, chilli sauce and garlic. Marinate covered at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread the pork tenderloin on the pickles. Mix the cucumber rye with the raw onion and spread over a bowl. Sprinkle with the peanuts.
  4. Fry the pork satay on the hot griddle of the gourmet set in 5 min. Brown and inside rosé.
  5. In the meantime prepare the satay sauce according to the instructions on the package. Serve the satay with the satay sauce and the raw vegetables.
