Potato soup with salami and goat cheese


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, salami (diced), onion (chopped), potatoes (diced), fresh thyme (leaves, bag of 15 g), chicken broth (from tablet), zucchini, red pepper ( in broad strips), lemon juice and soft goat cheese (crumbled).

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in soup pot and bake salami cubes on low heat.
  2. Create Salami on plate.
  3. In glass fat onion glassy fruit.
  4. Stir in potatoes and thyme and gently bake for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the broth to it, bring it to the boil and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Cut zucchini into long thin slices.
  7. Spread the zucchini and bell pepper with oil and roast in the griddle pan, regularly turning.
  8. If necessary, cut vegetables into smaller pieces after grilling.
  9. Potatoes in broth very briefly with a hand blender or just puree in the kitchen machine.
  10. Soup again gently for 3 minutes and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  11. Pour potato soup into four large, wide bowls.
  12. Create roasted vegetables.
  13. Salami and goat cheese sprinkle over it.
  14. Pepper above or grind..
