A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: rice cakes, spicy cheese ((30), halved), roma tomatoes (in slices), dried thyme, green olives without pits (in slices) and olive oil.

Preheat the oven grill.

Place rice cakes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Distribute cheese and tomato on rice cakes.

Sprinkle thyme, olive, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with oil.
