Roasted pepper steaks with chicory from the wok
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (kilo'tje solid cooking), olive oil, garlic (crushed), provençal herbs (jar 11 g), pepper (steaks (4 pieces)), red onions (coarsely chopped) and chicory ( coarsely cut (700 g)).

Cut the potatoes into quarters and cook for 15 minutes.

Mix 1 tbsp oil with the garlic and herbs.

Brush the pepper steaks thinly.

Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry the potatoes 10 min, add the onions after 5 min and add the chicory the last minute.

Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the grill pan and toast the pepper steaks on both sides for 3-4 minutes (they are then rosé inside).

Serve the pepper steaks with the roasted chicory..
