Roasted trout with salsa verde
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic (finely chopped), fresh basil, fresh parsley, mustard (spicy), white wine vinegar, olive oil (mild), trout, lemon (pressed) and fresh thyme.

Blend garlic, basil, parsley, mustard, vinegar and 100 ml olive oil into smooth sauce with a hand blender or in a food processor.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sharpen both sides of trout a few times with a sharp knife.

Rub the exteriors and abdominal cavities of trout with the rest of olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper over fish.

Divide thyme into 4 equal portions and put twigs in trout cavities of trout.

Pork roasts in fish clamps in approx.

Serve with sauce salsa verde..
