Salmon with horseradish butter
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, grated horseradish, lemon juice, lightly salted butter (at room temperature), salmon nuts (à 200 g), oil, salt and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Mix horseradish (to taste) and lemon juice with butter. Spread butter on foil, turn into sausage and leave to set in a refrigerator.

Dice the salmon with kitchen paper and thinly coat with oil. Fish on barbecue in 4 to 5 minutes roasting or roasting (depending on thickness of fish and taste). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Divide the fish over four plates and let the butter melt on it. Delicious with buttered potatoes baked in butter with dill or roasted potatoes and cucumber salad with sour cream. Drink a beer or acquavit to let the fish 'swim'.
