Directions

  1. Brush the scallops lightly with oil and stick them to the skewers. Heat the grill pan until it is piping hot.
  2. Gril the scallops on both sides approx. 1 min. Sprinkle with pepper and (sea) salt. Put the coquille skewers in a glass and serve with chili sauce.
