Scallops in nut butter
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, hazelnuts ((box 95 g), finely chopped), butter, shallot (chopped), coriander ((15 g), finely chopped), scallops ((bag 500 g, frozen) and thawed ).

Roast the hazelnuts in a frying pan without butter or oil in about 2 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool down on a plate. Heat 15 g butter in a saucepan and fry the shallot in 4 min. Golden yellow. Add the rest of the butter and let it melt. Stir the hazelnuts and coriander through the sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Turn on the oven grill. Divide the scallops over the baking dishes. Pour the butter sauce over it and place the dishes in the oven. Grill the shells in 4-5 minutes. Tasty with baguette.
