Scallops on avocado mousse
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, sour cream, traditional olive oil, traditional olive oil and frozen scallops.

Peel the avocado and cut into cubes. Spoon it with lemon juice. Puree half of the avocado with the sour cream and 2/3 of the oil with the hand blender (or fine with the fork). Crumble the chili pepper.

Soften the avocado mousse with half of the chilli pepper and salt. Heat the grill pan. Dab the scallops well dry. Brush them thinly with oil and grill them in the grill pan for 1-2 minutes, turning them halfway.

Divide the avocado mousse into the cocktail glasses. Place the rest of the avocado cubes and scallops on top. Sprinkle the dish with chili pepper. Serve immediately.
