Seafood with celery and tomatoes
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, celery, sun-dried tomatoes (pot a 295 g), mixed seafood (500 g), sieved tomatoes (500 g), fish stock and French baguette.

Wash celery.

Remove leaves, roughly chop and keep separate.

Cut stems into narrow arches.

Pour oil from sun-dried tomatoes into a deep pan.

Cut tomatoes into strips.

Cut the garlic (from the pot) into slices.

Heat tomato oil in pan and fry celery ribs for 5 minutes.

Add garlic and tomato strips and fry for 1 min.

Add sifted tomatoes and crumbled bouillon tablet and bring to the boil while stirring.

Add seafood, shake and boil for about 3 minutes on low heat.

Cut the loaf in slant slices.

Create seafood in deep plates.

Sprinkle celery green over it.

Add baguette separately..
