Sicilian tuna with citrus dressing
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, parsley (30 g), oregano (from bag fresh Italian-herbs mix 20 g), lemon (pressed), orange (pressed), garlic (pressed), capers, black olives without pit (mince ), olive oil, freshly ground four-season pepper and tuna steaks.

Chop parsley and leaves of oregano finely.

In a bowl mix herbs with lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, capers, olives and 4 tbsp oil.

Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat up the grill pan.

Tuna steaks lightly brush with oil and brown on both sides in 4 min and rosé grilling on the inside.

Remove steaks from the pan and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Dress up about it.

Serve with green tagliatelle..
