Sicilian tuna with citrus dressing


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, parsley (30 g), oregano (from bag fresh Italian-herbs mix 20 g), lemon (pressed), orange (pressed), garlic (pressed), capers, black olives without pit (mince ), olive oil, freshly ground four-season pepper and tuna steaks.

Directions

  1. Chop parsley and leaves of oregano finely.
  2. In a bowl mix herbs with lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, capers, olives and 4 tbsp oil.
  3. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat up the grill pan.
  5. Tuna steaks lightly brush with oil and brown on both sides in 4 min and rosé grilling on the inside.
  6. Remove steaks from the pan and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  7. Dress up about it.
  8. Serve with green tagliatelle..
