Split the eggs, the proteins are not used.

Mix in a bowl the yolks with the sugar and the vanilla sugar with a mixer to a thick, creamy mass.

Stir in the mascarpone with the espresso and whisk lightly through the yolk mixture.

In another bowl, beat the whipped cream and lightly bake through the mascarpone mixture. Place the mascarpone mixture covered in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Stir the rest of the espresso through the liqueur. Always put 4 long fingers crosswise on a board.

Drizzle the long fingers with the espresso mixture. Put a scoop of the mascarpone mixture on top and sprinkle with a little cocoa powder.
