Spanish surf and peat skewers with spicy tomato sauce
Skewers of chorizo and shrimps with a dip of garlic, oreganos, chilli cubes and tomato frito.

Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut the sausage into 1 cm pieces.

Baste 3 pieces of chorizo and 2 king prawns on a tapas stick. Make the rest of the skewers.

Halve the lemon, press 1 half out and keep the other half. Mix the lemon juice with the oil and brush the shrimp with it.

Slice the garlic. Ris the leaves of the oregano and cut 2 leaves (per 2 people) the leaves coarsely.

Heat the rest of the oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic, chilli flakes and chopped oregano for 1 min on medium heat.

Add the Tomato Frito and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes on the smallest pit on low heat.

In the meantime, heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the skewers 6 minutes. Turn halfway.

Grill for the last 3 minutes the remaining half of the lemon on the cutting edge.

Put the skewers on a plate. Serve with the spicy tomato sauce and grilled lemon and sprinkle with the rest of the oregano leaves.
