Spareribs with paprika coriander dip
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, roasted peppers (with oil and garlic (295 g), drained), shallot (shredded), fresh coriander (leaves), sour cream and spareribs (sweet chili (ready-made)) .

Puree the peppers with the shallot and coriander in a food processor or with a hand blender. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and (cayenne) pepper. Keep the pepper coriander dip covered in the refrigerator.

Place the spareribs on a well greased griddle over moderately hot fire and grill them hot and crunchy in about 15 minutes, turning them regularly. Serve the spareribs with the paprika coriander dip.
