Spicy burgers with beef tartar


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cabbage lettuce, ciabattinis (bake bread, 2 packs of 3), beef tarts (2 bowls a 2 pieces), paprika powder, spring onion ((3 pieces), in rings), sambal oelek, cheese (( pack of 200 g), finely chopped) and cucumber (in slices).

Directions

  1. Remove the hard bottom of the lettuce and tear the leaf into pieces.
  2. Wash and dry the lettuce.
  3. Fry the ciabattinas in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Sprinkle the meat with the paprika powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Heat the grill pan and fry the tarttails in approx.
  6. 12 min.
  7. Until done.
  8. Meanwhile, fry the spring onion with 1 tsp sambal 3 min.
  9. Remove the bread from the oven and cut open.
  10. Let the rolls cool down a bit and spread them with a few leaves of lettuce.
  11. Remove the meat from the pan, cut it into strips and spread it over the rolls.
  12. Spoon 1 tsp sambal on each bun and spread the spring onions.
  13. Sprinkle with the cheese and top with slices of cucumber..
