Spicy fried shrimps
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, giant cheese (frozen), garlic (minced meat), fresh ginger root (grated), cinnamon powder, ground cloves, cayenne pepper, oil, dark brown caster sugar, fresh coriander (a 15 g) and lemon (in parts) .

Scampi according to the instructions on the packaging to thaw.

Scampi peel, but leave tail pieces for decoration.

Damp well with kitchen paper scampi.

In a bowl mix garlic with ginger, pinch of cinnamon, pinch cloves and cayenne pepper.

Heat oil in a large frying pan and mix spice 30 sec.

stir-fry.

Add scampi and fry for 3 min.

Sprinkle sugar over it and bake prawns for 1 min., Until they are tender.

Re-scampi in bowl and sprinkle with coriander.

Serve with wedges of lemon..
