A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, giant cheese (frozen), garlic (minced meat), fresh ginger root (grated), cinnamon powder, ground cloves, cayenne pepper, oil, dark brown caster sugar, fresh coriander (a 15 g) and lemon (in parts) .

Directions

  1. Scampi according to the instructions on the packaging to thaw.
  2. Scampi peel, but leave tail pieces for decoration.
  3. Damp well with kitchen paper scampi.
  4. In a bowl mix garlic with ginger, pinch of cinnamon, pinch cloves and cayenne pepper.
  5. Heat oil in a large frying pan and mix spice 30 sec.
  6. stir-fry.
  7. Add scampi and fry for 3 min.
  8. Sprinkle sugar over it and bake prawns for 1 min., Until they are tender.
  9. Re-scampi in bowl and sprinkle with coriander.
  10. Serve with wedges of lemon..
