Steak with spicy oil
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, red peppers (in rings), rosemary, olive oil (3 tbsp) and steak (at room temperature).

Halve the bread roll garlic and remove any loose skins. Put the pepper, 2 sprigs of rosemary and garlic in a small saucepan. Pour 150 ml of oil and put on very low heat for 30 minutes. The oil must not boil. If that happens, turn off the fire.

Ris the needles of the last sprig of rosemary and cut them finely. Sprinkle the steak with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary and brush with 3 tbsp oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the steaks 3-4 min. Halfway through. Do you like more well done, then grill them longer. Remove from the pan and rest for 5 minutes on a plate under a lid or aluminum foil. Cut the steak into slices and serve with the spicy oil to dip the meat.
