Teriyaki fish packages
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, quick-boiled rice, red peppers, leeks, cod fillet (a 250 g), teriyaki marinade and sauce (bottle of a 250 ml), sunflower oil and Thai stir-fry mix (400 g).

Light the barbecue and let it warm up.

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Clean peppers, remove seeds and cut into strips.

Clean the leek and cut into rings.

Spread four pieces of aluminum foil (25 x 25 cm) on the work surface.

Spread fish, red pepper and leek over it.

Spread 2 tbsp of teriyaki over it and fold the packages well.

Packets on hot barbecue to be cooked for 10-15 min.

Let rice drain and cool.

Meanwhile, heat in wok oil.

Vegetable mix 5 minutes stir-frying.

Prepare stir-fried vegetables with rice and season with rest of teriyaki.

Offer fish packages with rice salad.
