Tortilla pizzas with chorizo and avocado
Mexican tortilla pizzas (gordita's), avocado, chorizo and sriracha sauce.

Light the barbecue.

Grate the cheese.

Halve the avocado in the length and remove the kernel and peel. Cut the flesh into slices. Season the crème fraîche with pepper and salt.

Put the gordita's on the barbecue and grill for about 1 min.

Take the barbecue, sprinkle the grilled side with the grated cheese and put the chorizo on it.

Put the wraps back on the barbecue so that the cheese can melt. This takes approx. 2 min.

On each tortilla pizza, spoon a spoon of crème fraîche and spread the avocado slices over it. Drizzle with the sriracha sauce. Yummy! .
