Veal entrecote with sage
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon (scrubbed), olive oil, dry white wine, garlic (pressed), dried sage (crumbled) and veal entrecotes.

Peel lemon zest and press fruit. In a low bowl, lemon zest, lemon juice, oil, wine, garlic and sage beat together. Runner the entrecotes well by marinade, cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Entrecotes occasionally return.

Take the entrecotes from the marinade and let them drain. Place the entrecotes on a well greased grate and grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Season the meat occasionally with the remaining marinade. Sprinkle entrecotes with salt. Delicious with couscous salad.
